Tom uses his talents as a facilitator to lead and support in process change in small to medium sized organizations, by listening, reflecting and translating information into practical process descriptions and valuable control frameworks. He draws from a broad and lengthy experience in QESH, Information Security and sustainability, to aid structural and companywide process improvement on relevant business, corporate identity and change matters.
